Our Refund Policy
• Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the workmanship or service provided, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will review your concerns and work to resolve the issue promptly.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued at our discretion for significant issues that cannot be corrected through repairs or adjustments.
• Non-Refundable Items: Custom work, materials already installed, and completed projects are generally non-refundable unless there is a clear error on our part.
• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
• Deposit Policy: Deposits made to secure your project are non-refundable but may be applied toward future work if rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.
