We provide professional hardscaping services including artificial turf, putting greens, pavers, travertine, and pet turf installations. All service details and pricing will be outlined in your project agreement.
Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the schedule specified in your contract. Deposits may be required to secure your project. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

Deposits and Cancellations
Deposits are required to reserve your project date and initiate material orders. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased. If no materials have been ordered, deposits may be refundable. Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date to avoid cancellation fees. Restocking fees may apply and will be deducted from your deposit if materials have already been purchased.
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which you can review on our Refund Policy page.
Liability
Sonoran Desert Turf is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, natural wear, or external factors beyond our control. We strive for quality workmanship but do not guarantee outcomes beyond the agreed specifications.
